Pipedrive is a web-based Sales CRM and pipeline management solution system.

Pipedrive CRM enables businesses to plan their sales activities and monitor deals. It works as an account-management tool with the ability to assist with marketing and the entire sales process.

API INFO: The Base URL used for the Pipedrive connector is More information can be found on their main API documentation (v1.0) site. This is where users will also be able to find the API Limitations page.

Within the workflow builder, highlight the Pipedrive connector.

In the Pipedrive connector properties panel to the right of the builder, click on the Authenticate tab and the 'Add new authentication' button.

This will result in a authentication pop-up model. The first page will ask you to name your authentication and select the type of authentication you wish to create ('Personal' or 'Organisational').

The next page asks you for the 'Token'.

The 'Token' field refers to the API Token.

In order to get value for the Token, head to the Pipedrive dashboard and navigate to 'Settings'. Under the 'Personal Preferences' section, click on the 'API' tab.

From the 'Personal preferences' page (as shown in the image below), copy the 'API token' and paste it into your authentication modal.

Once you have added these fields to your authentication pop-up window, click the 'Create authentication' button.

Go back to your settings authentication field (within the workflow builder properties panel), and select the recently added authentication from the dropdown options now available.

Your connector authentication setup should now be complete.

Webhook Setup

Select the Pipedrive trigger. This can be done either at the create new workflow stage or updated within the workflow builder itself.

As the Pipedrive trigger uses the same authentication as the Pipedrive connector, follow the Authentication instructions mentioned above to authenticate your trigger.

To initialise the Webhook, you will need to provide the 'Event action' and 'Event object' fields.

You can select the values for both of these fields, from the drop-down options available.

The Pipedrive trigger will fetch the information based on the values selected for Event action and Event object fields.
