How Zendesk triggers work

Behind the scenes, the Zendesk Trigger connector uses Zendesk's "triggers" and "targets" to notify Tray in real-time when key events occur in your Zendesk account.

Triggers and targets in Zendesk are not supported on the "Essential" plan, so unfortunately if you're on this plan, you won't be able to use the Zendesk trigger connector.
