Upfront onboarding plans are designed to enable you to become a Tray expert, regardless of your technical experience. Plans range from a Starter onboarding, for those with API experience, to a robust Foundations 2, that provides hands-on guidance, training, and co-design services to help create your first Workflow.

Each onboarding plan is tailored to your specific use case and technical experience. Our team designed each option for two different user personas; Build it Myself or Build it With Me. Our plans provide the technical experience needed to enable you to gain a quicker ROI.

Exclusive access to a 1:1 onboarding with Tray technical experts to provide you with enablement, best practices, and co-design services for a quicker time to value. 

Work with a pro that gets to know you and your organization’s needs through a co-development, train-the-trainer engagement. 

Self-paced training via online tutorials with videos, gifs, and step-by-step instruction with Tray.io automation experts.

Onboarding packages are highly encouraged but are not required by Tray customers. 

Do you prefer a custom statement of work (SOW) to either co-develop or implement your workflows for you? Our custom scoping and SOW’s will provide you with the total hours we estimate is needed to complete your Workflow(s). 

Tray offers custom design services to create or co-deliver your custom Workflows. We’ll work with you to scope out the level of effort estimated to create or co-deliver your custom Workflow through a formal Statement of Work (SOW). Each SOW will include the following:

1. Estimated hours for level of effort to design, develop, and/or co-develop Workflow(s)

2. Estimated hours for level of effort to design and develop a Custom Connector (if our robust library doesn’t already have your desired Connector)

3. Tray Project Management, if recommended

4. T&C’s

Recurring, quarterly time, with a technical expert as needed to help you maximize your ROI with Tray. Success Services is designed to provide quicker time to value for our Customers, regardless of your use cases or experience.

Exclusive access to 1:1 engagements with Tray technical experts to provide you with enablement, best practices, and design services. Plus delivery if the Delivery plan is purchased.
