Organization roles

Your Organization members can be added to your Organization with different levels of access.

The available permissions are as explained below.

Organization owner

Unique to the person who created the account and therefore granted the highest level of access in the account.

The Owner can manage workflows and all other asset types (Workflows, authentications, services, etc). They can also manage members of their organization and their respective roles.

They can access other member's assets as well as all available Workspaces within the Organization they are attached to.

They can also see all available analytics across the whole of the Organization.

The Owner is also in charge of the billing information.

Organization admin

Much like the Owners, Organization admins can manage workflows and all other asset types as well as manage members of the Organization and their roles.

They can access other member's assets as well as all available Workspaces within the Organization they are attached to.

Organization admins can see all available analytics across the Organization they are members of.

Organization contributor

Organization contributors can manage workflows and all other asset types (authentications, services etc.) which they have access to.

Those assets tend to be within their personal Workspace, or default Organization.

Whether they can manage assets within a shared Workspace is dependent on the access level they have been assigned regarding that specific workspace.

Organization Contributors are only able to see analytics of assets they created, no one else's.

Organization viewer

Organization viewers can only view assets within their Organization's Workspace. They cannot edit them.

Whether they can manage assets within a shared Workspace is dependent on the access level they have been assigned regarding that specific workspace.
