The Math Helper connector allows you to interact with numbers and list of numbers.

Operations

Add

The Add operation returns the sum of two numbers.

The First value property allows you specify the first addend.

The Second value property allows you specify the second addend.

Average

The Average operation returns the average value of a list of numbers.

The Values to average property allows you to specify the list of numbers.

Divide

The Divide operation returns the division of one number by another numbers.

The First Value property allows you to specify the dividend.

The Second property allows you to specify the divisor, which causes the connector to throw an error if equal to zero.

Multiply

The Multiply operation returns the multiplication of two numbers.

The First Value allows you to specify the multiplicand.

The Second Value allows you to specify the multiplier.

Page offset

The Page offset operation returns the offset (number of items to skip) when looping through pages. This operation is the result of the expression: [(Page - 1) * PerPage].

For instance, if you had 20 items per page and you would like to get the offset of the first item on the 4th page, then the operation would valuate the above expression as [(4 - 1) * 20] = 60.

The Page property allows you to specify the page you want to get the offset for.

The Per Page property allows you to specify how many items are contained in each page.

Parse Number

The Parse Number operation parses a number from a string.

The String property allows you to specify the input string. For instance the string "123" would be parsed in the number 123.

Run Expression

The Run Expression operation returns the result of any arithmetic expression.

The Expression property allows you to specify the expression that the Math Helper should execute. For instance 1+2/2 would return 2.

Subtract

The Subtract operation returns the subtraction of one number from another number.

The First Value property allows you to specify the minuend.

The Second Value property allows you to specify the subtrahend.
