While the majority of our R&D team is based in the UK, our geographic representation and perspective spans all corners of the world. We believe in creating a diverse and inclusive workplace for everyone in that world. While there's nothing like the in-person experience to build strong relationships, we find a myriad ways to stay connected and enjoy the ride.
Creativity is encouraged and collaboration is the norm; it sounds cheesy but I really love coming in on a Monday morning with a bunch of ideas and getting to work making them happen.
