Our U.K. team is a community of talented people who are deeply engaged in solving problem that has not been solved before.  We collaborate, innovate and as a group, enjoy everyday.

While the majority of our R&D team is based in the UK, our geographic representation and perspective spans all corners of the world.  We believe in creating a diverse and inclusive workplace for everyone in that world.

While there's nothing like the in-person experience to build strong relationships, we find a myriad ways to stay connected and enjoy the ride.

Creativity is encouraged and collaboration is the norm; it sounds cheesy but I really love coming in on a Monday morning with a bunch of ideas and getting to work making them happen.

How is Tray thinking about Covid and a Return to Work plan?

Our people are everything, and the health & safety of all Trayers is our top priority. Our team has been working from home since March 2020, and all employees have been given the option to work from home through the end of 2021.  We are monitoring the situation closely, communicating often and erring on the side of extreme caution when it comes to reopening our offices.

While we look forward to being together in person again in the future, there is no shortage of facetime and communication here! We're staying connected, having fun & finding new ways to keep our community strong.
