Starting 2023 off with a bang with employer awards from Built In and Hired.
There’s no better way to start a new year than with good news. We’re incredibly proud to announce that we’ve been named a 2023 San Francisco Best Places to Work from Built In for the third year in a row! This award recognizes the best tech companies for tech professionals and our placement is a testament to our incredibly talented and hardworking employees that make Tray.io a truly unique place to work.
The Built In award comes on the heels of our inclusion in Hired’s 2022 list of Top Employers Winning Tech Talent, an award that values companies with a strong focus on equity, efficiency, and transparency.
For the team at Tray.io, we integrate these values into every aspect of our company, from our data-driven hiring practices, our comprehensive onboarding process, and our day-to-day operations.
Something we’re particularly proud of is our TRG program. To promote inclusivity and belonging at Tray.io, we've formed Tray Resource Groups (TRGs) for Trayers who identify as Black, Asian American, Women, Latinx, and LGBTQIA+, and encourage each other to foster new communities as desired. Each TRG has a dedicated budget to use towards hosting events, welcoming guest speakers, ordering apparel, leading company-wide educational sessions, or whatever else they'd like to do.
In addition to the Built In and Hired awards, we also received four awards from Comparably. Comparably uses anonymous employee ratings to find the greatest CEOs, the best company cultures, and the best companies for women and diversity.
The results are in and we’re proud to announce top spots in every category. Tray.io ranked in the top 5% in the overall culture category. 100% of Engineering employees are proud to be a part of our company and 100% of our employees feel their manager cares about them.
