Teamwork would be the word I use to describe Tray.io. There are so many different departments, priorities, and projects going on but one thing that stands true is that everyone works together and it takes a village to become a rocketship and crush it.
Connected worldwide
While the majority of our Go-To-Market team is in the Bay Area, we have many remote team members too, spanning from Eastern Canada to the Pacific Northwest and just about everywhere else in between. As we continue to grow our customer base across the globe, we add GTM team members across continents and time zones too.
While there's nothing like the in-person experience to build strong relationships, we find a myriad ways to stay connected and enjoy the ride.
The biggest draw for me and this is going to sound like a cliche, is culture. I saw that existing in Tray. Being able to solve big problems and not be contained within parameters of this is what your job is, is really unique.
